There is a $35 non-refundable deposit at time of pick-up which will be applied to total cost of repair if service can not be done on-site. There are three tiers of flat rate pricing for basic repair services, and hourly rates which will be applied only after the first hour of on-site service in addition to flat rate repair costs. There will also be hourly rates applied to advanced services which include software troubleshooting, advanced operating system installs and field server maintenance

*  Tier I -- $35 per event (excluding parts):

            *  Memory installation

            *  Floppy drive installation

            *  CMOS battery installation

*  Tier II -- $50 per event (excluding parts):

            *  Processor & peripheral installation

            *  Mass storage install or replace ( HD/CD/CD-R/CD-RW/DVD )

            *  Ink jet printer repair

*  Tier III -- $75 to $100 (excluding parts):

            *  Basic software/operating system install -- $75

            *  Desktop repair -- $85

            *  Laptop repair -- $100

            *  Hourly rates for advanced services

*   $75/ 1st hour and $50 each additional hour for software troubleshooting   and              advanced operating system install.      

*   $90/ hour for windows 2000 server family maintenance and  advance system setup

** Hourly rates for on-site service excluding advanced services is $10/hour ( 1st hour free )  in addition to flat rate charges
